The student who is enrolled in the Academy will have to work hard regularly. In case, if the teachers feel that the student is not working hard, irregular in attendance, involved in ragging activities directly or indirectly. he may be expelled from the Academy. The decision of the Director in this regard will be final and binding on the student.
The registration / admission fee deposited towards a particular course will not be refunded or adjusted against any other course. If any student/parent insists on lump sum payment of fees, the Academy can accept the fee in lump sum also. (5% rebate will be given on whole amount)
Incomplete form will be rejected. It is compulsory to attach photocopy of mark sheet of class IX,X,XI and recent passport size photographs to the admission form. The Academy reserves the right to use the photograph for publicity in case the student secures position/success in Medical / Engg. Entrance Exams or NDA.
The parents can meet the Office In charge of the Institute for any enquiry about their ward's progress or about any other problem concerning their ward with the prior appointment only. If the study material provided to the student is lost / misplaced, a duplicate set of the book(s) can be obtained from the Academy against the payment.
If any type of mishap occurs unfortunately in the Academy/Class/Road because of situations beyond control or any natural calamity of any type such as earthquake, floods, fire electric short circuit etc., the Academy shall not be responsible in any manner for compensation whatsoever may be the reason.
In case if any parent/guardian misbehaves with any staff member of the Academy then their ward can be rusticated from the Academy/Class and no claim of refund of fees for such case will be entertained. A student is not allowed to carry Valuable Things / Mobile phone/ I-pod in the classes. The Academy will not be responsible for any loss / theft of these Items.
Academy reserves its right to make any alteration in its programs / venue / timing and days of classes / without any prior notice to anybody.
Final decision/Judgment of any case will be given by director of P. B. Educational Academy (DSPI).
Parents have to submit Physical Fitness Certificate from Registered Medical Practitioner on given format by the Institute.
The Director, DSPI has the authority to rusticate any cadet and withdraw his name from the roll on any of the following grounds:
